The Chef and his Wife is a unique food service model built on three concepts: fully prepared fresh and frozen home meals, corporate catering, and whole sale pimento cheese. Customers place orders for ready made frozen or fresh meals to be picked up or delivered. “We start with unprocessed, local (when we can) raw ingredients." The Chef and his Wife specializes in traditional American comfort - yet healthy - home meals, salads, and catered food.
Our culinary team prepares fresh and frozen single and family size meals, Each serving is portioned so calories are naturally lower. The Chef & WIFE
Timothy & Shelley Mulderink
Chef Tim Mulderink has worked 35+ years in the food industry as chef, owner and manager. He is a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Association, a life time member of the American Academy of Chefs and has competed and won several times in national culinary competitions.
Shelley is a passionate cook and is huge inspiration to the special diet foods, especially Gluten Free.
Prior to opening The Chef and his Wife he worked three years as executive chef for the newly opened Volkswagen plant in Chattanooga. He managed a staff of 55, serving over 3000 people daily.

The backbone of the kitchen is made up of an awesome team that works tirelessly to serve our customers. From delivery and packing to cleaning and inventory, our delicious food would not be possible without our hard-working crew.
